These Terms and Conditions relate to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains at http://www.partsgateway.co.uk ("the site"). If you do not agree to these terms, then you unfortunately cannot use our services.

The Parts Gateway does not supply vehicle parts. Instead the site acts as a venue to contact the specialist vehicle dismantlers listed who may offer the parts for sale.

As a parts location service rather than a supplier, we have no control over quality, safety or legality of items supplied by these dismantlers. We do not review quotes made by dismantlers and do not have any control of each quotes truth or accuracy.

We are not responsible for payment or delivery of goods ordered as a result of contact made from the site.

In the event that you have any right, claim or action against a dismantler as a result of the use of the site, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of, and without recourse to us. You also release The Parts Gateway from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.


TEXT QUOTE SERVICE
The text quote service is an optional facility which lets you receive quotes via SMS (text message) to your mobile phone.

To activate the text message facility simply text PARTS to 80039.

The text quote service costs £1.50 plus the cost of a standard text message to receive the first quote with all subsequent quotes at zero cost. You will not be charged if you do not receive any quotes.

To stop SMS texts being sent to your phone text the word 'stop' to 80039.

If you have received text quotes which you feel you did not authorise, please contact enquiries@partsgateway.co.uk stating your enquiry ID and mobile phone number. Following an investigation, £1.50 will be refunded via cheque. Please note we are unable to refund where the recipient activated the service in error or no longer requires the parts.
